At Ghost Tour Development, our mission is to provide our customers with a custom ghost tour for your city, worldwide. 

Our package includes fifteen uniquely researched ghost stories with a map and a digital training manual. Additionally, Professor Julie Ann Brown will guide you on your first tour and be a mentor to your new hires.

This is a three-month research project where Professor Julie Brown visits your city to conduct research.

Researching on-site ensures ensure historical accuracy for your future tour. 

 You will select the name of your business (which I encourage you to trademark). I also give you permission to copyright all stories as your own. 

If you need an attorney to do this I have an entertainment attorney who can work with you.

The total cost is $15,000 to own your own ghost tour company.

Payment:

We require a deposit of $5000 which includes the initial visit, five stories, virtual meetings, and a custom timeline for the completion of your tour creation. 

After six weeks from your first payment, you will receive your first five stories and pay an additional 5,000 for the next five stories which will be completed in another six weeks. 

The final payment will be at the 18th week when you receive your last five stories and the training manual.

These are start up costs which based on your countries tax laws may be written off.
